Prodigy needs to join

I am too pro for this guild, but I just wanna help you guys.
I got full newbie set +18 ea part.
I got lv9 glowing, lv9 shining gems in armor
I got lv9 furious and lv9 fiery in knife
lv9 shadow and lv9 spr gem in boots

Me pure str SS , Me melee fast but idk why me can't use skills
Maybe you can help me .
I can't cast enfeeble or cripple with my knife. GM said I'm noob but He's noob very noob hahaha I death him with SS slash hahahaha very noob OMG he use Slash to kill me hahaha
